Creating Change

BALTIC Centre for Contemporary Art

Creating Change is a three-year collaboration between BALTIC and three Gateshead Secondary Schools. BALTIC is working with the same cohort of young people through years 7, 8 and 9 to co-design creative social action projects that respond to and tackle social issues.

​

On February 23rd 2019 Baltic's event LateMix featured 'Creating Change' works created by Cardinal Hume Catholic School, Heworth Grange and Joseph Swan Academy, who worked alongside BALTIC artists Sophie Lisa Beresford, Bex Harvey, Jamie Cook and Megan Randall.
